Auction Time: Starts at 1pm Sunday in Hall of Cities: Seattle. It will run no later than 3pm.
Auction Lots: Our team will receive items and completed lot sheets beginning at 9am on Sunday in Hall of Cities: Seattle. Lot sheets will be available at the convention Reg/HQ throughout the weekend. We will accept neither completed lot sheets nor associated items until 9am Sunday in the Seattle Room.
Auction Fee: There will be an Auction Fee of 5% paid by the seller. That amount will be deducted from the payout to the seller.
Payments: Can be in cash or any major credit card only. Credit card payment will incur a 5% fee of the purchase price to the Buyer. (Payment via Venmo or PayPal will not be accepted.)
Payouts: Payouts will begin at convention Registration/HQ at 5pm and end at 7pm on Sunday. Payouts of $25 or less will be paid in cash. Payouts of more than $25 will be made electronically via PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, then we will pay via check within 7-10 days following the convention.
